Stationary/Book Shop
Two new cooperative enterprises designed by community members of San Pablo were launched. This follows the provision of a $6,000 grant for the Innovation Teams that submitted the best proposals for a new enterprise addressing a need of the community.
A panel of judges selected by the San Pablo Council used a set of criteria for rating the proposals. Two of the five proposals presented at a Community Meeting were provided awards. The Stationary/Book store was the judge’s highest-rated proposal. See its first financial report for October 2022 below.
A similar private grant has been provided for the second round of enterprise proposals to be held in January.
