Nour Abu-Ragheb, Co-Founder and Partner, Edvise ME

Nour is the co-founder and partner of Edvise ME; a leading development consulting company offering advisory and technical services to organizations working to reform education and empower youth. The company supports and strengthens core functions at entities that offer education, youth and workforce development services to help them become more strategic, competitive, able to plan and implement their respective initiatives.

Nour started her career at the Ministry of Education in Jordan and played a lead role in managing the implementation and coordination of the multi-donor/ multi-million dollar Education Reform for the Knowledge Economy Program. Nour then joined USAID as a Project Management Specialist; During her 7 years at USAID/ Jordan, Nour designed and managed several multi-million dollar education programs in support of the Government of Jordan’s priorities and played a lead role in the development of the Education and Youth Office strategy, advised management on education policy issues and worked closely with local and international implementing partners as well as Government of Jordan counterparts.

Nour was appointed by a Royal Decree in October 2016 to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Crown Prince Foundation that is focused on youth and their development and served as Acting CEO of the Crown Prince Foundation from July 2017 to February 2018.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland, USA and went on to complete her Master’s Degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University.
