Eliane has 25 years of experience delivering programs in international education, change management, and professional development. Eliane began her career as a teacher in the United Arab Emirates where she developed a keen interest in continuing education and in-service training. In 2003, Eliane co-founded the International Education Association (IEA) where she serves as the President and Director. IEA has delivered a range of programs across the Middle East and North Africa including major initiatives in Lebanon, Jordan, Yemen, Egypt, and Tunisia. Over the past 14 years Eliane and her team have built IEA into an internationally recognized leader in online collaborative educational programs. Eliane is a sought after speaker at education conferences around the world. She is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
